Last year my cat, Oscar, suddenly fell ill. The vet diagnosed the fluffy with dehydration and resulting kidney problems. The poor thing had to go through lots of pain and long treatment to regain his kitty self. We all worried for him pretty much as he was our team’s absolute favorite. 

And fortunately one bright day he started meowing happily again. We all sighed with relief and decided to join our efforts and design a water fountain that would help cuties all over the world avoid such problems and always stay hydrated. 

In designing KittySpring, we considered each detail of feline physiology to turn our fur friends’ drinking experience into the most enjoyable and comfortable one. We also tried to balance cats’ preferences for running and still water, creating an amazing gravity fountain perfect for any cat. 

With KittySpring, we hope to improve the life of our fluffies, keep them healthy and help loving cat parents like you take better care of them.

Here is our estimated shipping timeline:

We are planning to start the shipping from January 2021 of your KittySpring from China, which means that it first has to reach our European, American, or Australian warehouses and only then be delivered to you.

If according to the aforementioned timeline the shipping of your KittySpring starts on January 1, it will reach our warehouses on February 2 and be delivered to you within 3-7 working days. To make the process more transparent and predictable for you, we will keep you updated on all the developments in detail.

Lockdown has affected almost any business, including our company. Nevertheless, we continue working hard and already have estimated dates for production and delivery based on all the known variables. We promise to keep you posted in case anything out of our control forces us to change our plans.
