Note: Pixy Mini can only charge Ultrabook/low-powered laptops like MacBook Air 13″, Surface Go, Chromebook, Samsung Galaxy Book 2 etc. It cannot support bigger laptops like MacBook Pro 15, Surface Book 2 and Dell XPS which require at least 60W.

Sourcing a manufacturer during a pandemic lockdown as you can imagine is not easy. When our fundraising goal is met, we will immediately begin mass production so you will be able to get your Pixy Mini as soon as possible. The fund raised will go towards mold creation, materials, production, packaging and shipping.

Fulfilment

Thanks to the support from our past backers, we have expanded our business to the US and Australia in the past few years. We have partnered up with Amazon as our logistic partner in these countries. Once our production is completed, we will send a portion of the stocks to our Amazon warehouse in Australia and United States so we can utilize their fast express shipping to deliver the rewards to backers as soon as possible!

Shipping Restriction

Due to the lithium batteries restrictions placed on air shipping, we are currently unable to ship to India, South America, South Africa, Hawaii, Alaska , Ukraine and other remote or island countries. Feel free to message us on Kickstarter to confirm if air shipping of lithium battery is available to your country.

EU-Friendly Fulfillment

We will set up an EU warehouse in Germany and ship Pixy Mini to our EU backers locally so you do not have to pay for any custom/duty fee.

For backers outside Australia and United States, we will use international shipping which usually takes 10-15 business days.

Mass production should be completed around the end of November and we will begin shipping immediately if everything goes smoothly.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, we are unable to provide an accurate shipping quote right now as the price fluctuates everyday. However as Pixy Mini is small and light, we are confident that we can keep the shipping fee under $15. The actual shipping fee will be provided after the campaign ended. We will also provide express shipping for backers who want to get the product as soon as possible.

Note: Triple Pack, Family Pack and Office Pack’s shipping fee may be slightly more expensive as it contains more units and thus it is heavier.
